7 months post natal
'After just 6 weeks personal training with Julie, I'm now 1 stone lighter, 2 inches less and have completed my first ever 5K race in 32 minutes. All of which I wouldn't have thought possible 6 weeks ago! I started weekly training with Julie when I was 7 months post natal and with my baby girl in tow with me every time. Julie has shown great support and motivation, pushing my buggy whilst we ran and entertaining my baby when needed at each session, allowing me to concentrate on my own technique and training. Something very difficult to do on your own when you have a baby that want your attention all the time!
After keeping a daily food diary, Julie would review and feedback with just a few small changes to my eating plan. I've seen big improvements and feel a whole lot better for it. A fantastic trainer that I can highly recommend.'
