I have been attending Julies Wednesday 7.30pm Yoga class in Gartcosh for sometime now and I can highly recommend it. Her class is very much suitable for all levels, from beginners right through to more intermediate/advanced students too. Julies class is a wonderful mix of flows and postures, with different focuses and combinations of poses each week, and she offers various adaptions and progressions for each pose making the class fully suitable for all abilities.
For those of us that want more of a challenge, Julie often introduces more advanced poses to progress our practice which I have very much enjoyed. However, there is never any pressure to try something you are not ready for yet or not feeling up for that week. The class has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and no matter where you are at with your practice that day, it's always lots of fun!
