'After having my baby I felt my confidence was really low and I was desperate to feel better about myself, be able to run a 10K and have a strong, fit and health body again. I started weekly sessions with Julie 11 months post natal. As well as advice on my diet and information on eating for health, I would give Julie a food diary and she would give me advice on where I was going right or wrong. Each week I worked out for an hour and I genuinely felt amazing afterwards, definitely got the blood pumping and I felt even more motivated.
Before I trained with Julie I would never have gone for a jog/run outdoors myself, I was so self conscious, but I began to fell confident and more importantly capable! I am now able to run 8Km and have lost 1st 6lbs and feel amazing. I can't recommend Julie enough, not only do I feel physically stronger and healthier, I am less stressed and have my confidence back. I looked forward to each session, I never thought I'd enjoy exercise. Thanks Julie!'
