'I started training fortnightly with Julie about 9 months ago, although started weekly sessions about 4 months ago and I love it. I was finding it hard to get the motivation to exercise and my diet needed some improving to say the least!! I had two goals when I started training, one to do a 55 minute 10k and the other to drop a dress size.
I do a combination of interval and resistance work with Julie and she advises me what I should be doing in between sessions. She has a brilliant manner and knows how to get the best out of me and my training and she keeps me going even when I'm ready to give in!
I send a weekly food diary to Julie and she gives me feedback and advises me where my diet can improve - this definitely makes me think twice about what I put in my mouth!! Along with this I send a weekly exercise diary too. Both of these help me stay on track and focused on my training. I have completed my first goal with a 10k of 55 minutes 34 seconds. I have also lost 10lb and feel much more confident in myself. I couldn't have done this without Julies training and motivation.'
Katrina has since had her first baby and came to Post Natal Fitness classes before going back to work.
