'Julie has been the lifeline I needed so badly this year. Being overweight and unfit really affected my mood and outlook on life and after having my baby, I decided I wanted to change and become healthier; not only for myself, but for my son. Julie's personal training sessions taught me that I was stronger than I thought I was and her constant encouragement and mentoring helped me stay on track even when times were hard.
I attended PT sessions, along with jogging group and circuits class for 6 months and in that time lost over 5 inches from my chest, 5 inches from my waist and 4 inch from hips. Staying on track both with fitness and nutrition over those months enabled me to lose over 2 stones and I am now on track to achieving my goal for my wedding at the end of the year. Not only has Julie been a fantastic fitness instructor, she has also become a good friend. Thanks for everything Julie.'
