I started with Julie 4 months ago when I was at my heaviest and most unfit, having had a baby 4 months prior. As a result of her PT I'm now fitter than I've every been - having just completed a 10K! In terms of my weight, I'm also where i want to be having dropped 2 dress sizes.
As part of the PT sessions Julie will offer nutrition advice which is helpful. I also go to her Saturday morning circuits class which is fab and is for all levels. I cannot recommend Julie enough!
