4 months post natal
'Julie's personal training sessions were what I needed to boost my confidence and motivate me to lose post baby weight!. After 6 months, I'm now 11lbs lighter, lost 3 inches from waist and 2 inches from my hips. Julie has been a great support and motivated me to continue exercising. I go to her mamma feel good classes which both Isla and I really enjoy, mainly because I also meet other mums and enjoy doing what I enjoy best, exercising outdoors!
