Julie was recommended to me by several friends in the fitness world at a time when I was desperately needing someone to ease me back into exercise following a long period of recovery from slightly complicated hip surgery. 

I was very tentative, and had been warned by my physio against pushing things too fast too soon, but I knew I needed something to work the parts of my body not affected by surgery. 

Yoga fitted the bill and Julie's knowledge and sensitivity has allowed me to gain huge benefits and to be back taking control of looking after myself physically and emotionally. I know I am very fortunate to have found someone that really understands what I can do and when I shouldn't push myself. Still a long way to go but I am so reassured to have Julie with me on this stage of my recovery.
